Refund policy

Returns and replacements

Each Lake Ontar.io item is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or other non-defect reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at admin@lakeontar.io within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the claim and, when eligible, provide a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to the original payment method.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. If a return is required for an eligible claim, we will provide instructions and cover the authorized return-shipping cost.

Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation after production has started.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
